On our way to Khao Sok, we decided to stay at a simple hotel for one night. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Great value for money. It’s situated directly in front of the beach with an unreal sunset. It’s a quiet and peaceful place which I appreciated. The girls at the reception were so lovely. I wish we had a longer stay. Do not hesitate to book this place!

1. I’m cautious in giving 5 stars, but I try to be just and fair. 2. Kokotel is a very good place to stay. It’s a chain hotel, but very light and approachable in communication. 3. Rooms are great; spacious, clean, with modern bathrooms and super comfy beds. 3. Pool is small, crowded and absolutely not private; when you swim you literally see people’stuff in rooms. 4. It’s not directly connected to the sea, but has a super close access. 5. At checkout they required from us 300 bats for…dirty towel! I don’t have to add that we didn’t do anything with the towel but wipe after a shower.

Can't say enough how nice this place was. Pool area was clean. The view of the sea from the room was limited but nice. Breakfast was a buffet, it was more expensive than any other place we ate. Decent walk to the main street. The better night market was on the other end of town.

Really enjoyed our stay here, we have stayed twice, a pool side double room and then a twin sea view room. All very clean and tidy, the facilities are good value for money. Good location as it is tucked off the main road so not too busy. Staff were very helpful. Basic breakfast included, great variety. Would recommend ☺️

I was only there for about 10 hours but it was certainly fine for the time. The room was large and the bed was comfortable so I had a pretty decent night's sleep which was the main thing I was after. The doors were very loud opening and closing but because the hotel wasn't busy this wasn't a problem. If it was busy I think it might have been an issue. I was charged 200 baht on check out for a bed stain. Not sure about this because 200 baht seems like an odd amount. It clearly isn't enough to replace anything so the stain was cleanable. The area seemed okay with quite a walk to any shops. Pool seemed nice
